Mark is a chartered accountant with over 30 years at board level as Finance Director. He has led teams in the design and implementation of product warranty solutions.
Completed multiple business consolidation and integration projects. Mark has broad management experience, including listed companies, M&A and business reorganisation.
Mark is CFO of Ekal Solutions, who work to empower business through effective solutions and optimise positive impact; they are currently going through their own B Corp Certification.
