Lynne is a business leader, impact consultant and internal communication expert with over two decades of experience working with global organisations and business leaders on transformational change.
Having been a member of UK for Good since 2021 and completing our B Corp for Small Business course to successful certification, she then trained on the Leadership for Good programme and started providing impact and B Corp consultancy in early 2023.
Lynne is CEO of AG Comms, which she founded in 2010, a virtual internal communications and employee engagement agency, powered by purpose. She designed the AG business model to benefit everyone who needs flexibility in their lives. After an impact transformation, becoming a Certified B Corp and being awarded Ecovadis Gold rating in 2023, Lynne now uses her business as a force for good, for people and our planet.
